1. Bookings & payment

A booking is confirmed only once we have issued a written confirmation (by email or WhatsApp) and, where applicable, received the required deposit or full payment. You are responsible for checking that all details on your booking confirmation (date, tour type, number of guests, pickup location) are correct and for notifying us immediately of any errors.

Prices are quoted in AED unless stated otherwise. Full or partial payment may be requested at the time of booking; any balance is due before or on the day of the tour unless we agree otherwise in writing. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout or communicated to you directly — we do not accept liability for delays or losses caused by third-party payment providers or banks.

2. Pricing & availability

All tours, add-ons and pricing are subject to availability and may change without prior notice, including due to seasonal demand, fuel costs, park permits or government fees. The price confirmed on your booking confirmation is the price that applies to that booking and will not change after confirmation, except where you request changes to your itinerary, party size or add-ons.

Any indicative quote shown on this website before you submit a booking is an estimate only and is not binding until confirmed in writing by us.

3. Cancellations, changes & refunds

Unless a specific tour listing states otherwise:

• Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time are eligible for a full refund, less any non-refundable third-party costs already incurred on your behalf.
• Cancellations made within 24 hours of pickup, or no-shows, are non-refundable.
• We may reschedule or cancel a tour for reasons of safety, weather, insufficient bookings or events beyond our control (see Force majeure); in that case you will be offered an alternative date or a full refund, at your choice.
• Refunds, where due, are processed to the original payment method within a reasonable time and may take additional time to appear depending on your bank or payment provider.

Requests to amend a date, add or remove guests, or change add-ons must be made in writing and are subject to availability; we will confirm any resulting price change before treating the amendment as accepted.

4. Eligibility, health & conduct

Some activities (including dune bashing, sandboarding, quad biking and camel riding) have age, weight, health or fitness restrictions, and pregnant guests or guests with heart, back, spine or similar medical conditions should not take part in certain activities. It is your responsibility to disclose any relevant medical condition, disability or pregnancy before the tour and to follow the operator's and driver's safety instructions at all times, including seatbelt use.

We reserve the right to refuse or remove any guest from a tour, without refund, whose conduct, health condition, intoxication or failure to follow safety instructions puts themselves, other guests, our staff or third parties at risk.

5. Assumption of risk

Desert safari activities take place in an outdoor, off-road environment and carry inherent risks, including but not limited to vehicle motion over uneven terrain, extreme temperatures, dust, insect and animal encounters, and physical activity such as sandboarding or camel/quad riding. By booking or joining a tour, you acknowledge these inherent risks and voluntarily assume them, to the fullest extent permitted by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

You agree to follow all safety briefings, signage and instructions given by our guides, drivers and camp staff, and to use any safety equipment provided (including seatbelts and, where applicable, helmets).

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company's total liability to you arising out of or in connection with a booking or a tour — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), under any statute or otherwise — is limited to the total amount you paid for that booking.

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss (including loss of enjoyment, loss of holiday time, or lost income), for loss or damage to personal property left unattended, or for any loss or damage caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control (see Force majeure).

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under UAE law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our proven gross negligence or wilful misconduct, or for fraud.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company, its owners, directors, employees, guides, drivers and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from: (a) your breach of these Terms; (b) your violation of any law or the rights of a third party; or (c) your wilful misconduct, gross negligence, or failure to follow safety instructions during a tour, except to the extent such claims arise from our own gross negligence or wilful misconduct.

8. Third-party suppliers

Some elements of a tour (including vehicles, camps, entertainment, catering, transport and permits) may be provided by independent third-party suppliers. While we select suppliers we consider reputable, we are not liable for their acts, omissions, insolvency or the standard of service they provide, except where required by mandatory UAE law. Any claim relating to a third-party supplier's service should also be directed to that supplier where applicable.

9. Photography & media

We or our representatives may take photographs or video during a tour for marketing purposes, including on our website and social media. If you do not wish to be photographed or filmed, please tell your guide at the start of the tour, and we will take reasonable steps to exclude you, or you may ask us to remove existing footage featuring you by contacting us (see Contact us).

10. Force majeure

We are not liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations where that failure or delay results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including extreme weather (such as sandstorms, flash floods or fog), natural disasters, government restrictions, park or road closures, civil unrest, pandemic-related measures, strikes or mechanical failure. In such cases we will offer an alternative date or a refund as set out in Cancellations, changes & refunds.

11. Intellectual property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, photographs and itineraries — is owned by or licensed to the Company and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works from this content without our prior written consent.

12. Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information in connection with your booking is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

13. Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the applicable federal laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or a booking that cannot be resolved amicably shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Dubai, UAE.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services or in applicable law. The version published on this page at the time of your booking applies to that booking. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date above.

15. General provisions

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms is not a waiver of that right or provision. These Terms, together with your booking confirmation and our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and the Company in relation to your booking.
