Booking & pricing

How do I book a desert safari?

Choose a tour on our Safari Tours page and submit the booking form, or reach us directly by phone, WhatsApp or the contact form. We confirm every booking in writing — by email or WhatsApp — before your tour date, including your pickup time.

What is included in the price?

All safaris include hotel pickup and drop-off, the activities listed on the tour page (such as dune bashing, camel riding or sandboarding), and camp entry. Evening safaris also include a BBQ dinner and live entertainment. Optional add-ons like quad biking or a private vehicle are shown separately at checkout.

Can I cancel or change my booking?

Yes. Cancellations made more than 24 hours before pickup are eligible for a full refund; cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows are non-refundable. Date and guest-count changes are possible subject to availability — see our Terms & Conditions for full details.

Do you offer discounts for groups or children?

Yes, group rates are available for larger parties, and reduced pricing applies for children depending on the tour. Message us your group size and preferred date and we'll send a tailored quote.

Pickup & logistics

Is hotel pickup included?

Yes, complimentary pickup and drop-off is included from most hotels and residential areas across Dubai. Guests staying outside our standard pickup zone (including some areas of Abu Dhabi or Sharjah) may be asked to meet at a nearby landmark or pay a small transfer supplement.

What time will I be picked up?

Evening safaris are typically picked up between 2:30–3:30 PM, and morning safaris around 5:00–6:00 AM, depending on your hotel location and the season. Your exact pickup window is confirmed the evening before your tour.

How long does the tour last?

A standard evening safari runs around 6 hours door-to-door, including dune bashing, activities and dinner at camp. Morning safaris run around 4 hours. Exact durations are listed on each tour page.

Safety & requirements

Is dune bashing safe?

Yes. All our drivers are licensed, experienced desert drivers and every vehicle is safety-checked before each tour. Seatbelts must be worn at all times. If you are prone to motion sickness or have a heart, back or spine condition, or are pregnant, please tell us before booking.

Is the desert safari suitable for young children or elderly guests?

Most of our camp activities (BBQ dinner, henna, shows) are suitable for all ages. Dune bashing can be intense, so we recommend a gentler drive option for young children, elderly guests or anyone with motion sensitivity — just let us know when booking and we will tailor the route.

What should I wear and bring?

Comfortable, breathable clothing and closed shoes are recommended for dune bashing and sandboarding. Bring sunglasses, sunscreen and a light jacket for cooler evenings. We provide bottled water throughout the tour.

At the camp

Is there vegetarian or halal food available?

Yes — all catering at our camps is halal, and vegetarian and vegan options are available at the BBQ buffet. Let us know about any allergies or dietary requirements when you book.

Is alcohol served on the safari?

Soft drinks, tea, coffee and water are included on all tours. Selected VIP and private camps offer a licensed bar with alcoholic beverages — check the specific tour page or ask us before booking if this matters to you.

Can I bring my own camera or drone?

Cameras and phones are welcome. Drones require prior government permits in Dubai's desert conservation areas, so please contact us in advance if you plan to fly one — unauthorised drone use is not permitted on our tours.
